Socratix AI Raises $4.1M for AI Fraud Coworkers

In November 2025, San Francisco-based Socratix AI raised a $4.1 million Seed round. The round was led by Pear VC, with participation from Y Combinator, Twenty Two Ventures, and Transpose Platform Management.

Founded by CEO Riya Jagetia and CTO Satya Vasanth Reddy, Socratix AI is building autonomous AI coworkers to help fraud and risk teams at banks and fintech companies keep pace with AI-powered fraud.

The company’s platform (YC S25) takes on repetitive investigation work, unifying fragmented data and delivering explainable recommendations. This allows fraud analysts to focus on critical judgment calls, reportedly cutting investigation times from hours to minutes.

The new capital will be used to accelerate hiring across engineering and go-to-market teams, expand participation in industry organizations, and support ongoing product R&D.
