• General non-specific location data

This information is used solely to maintain site performance and understand audience trends. We do not create personal profiles.

We use cookies to support basic site functionality and to enable analytics (Google Analytics), which may collect information about your visits over time and across websites. You may disable cookies at any time through your browser settings. Our site does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

2. How We Use Your Information

3. Newsletter and Email Communications

When you subscribe to AIPressRoom newsletters, we use your email address to send AI industry updates, founder interviews, funding announcements, and event coverage. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in each email.

3.1 What we record when you subscribe

• Your email address and the newsletters you choose.
• A record of your consent: the time, IP address and browser identifier (user agent) when you sign up and when you confirm, and which version of the signup form and its wording you saw.
• The time zone your browser reports, if it reports one.

3.2 Why we record it

We send a newsletter only to someone who asked for it, and only after they confirm: we email a confirmation link, and nothing else is sent until it is clicked. The consent record is how we can show that you asked. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email, or change which newsletters you receive on your preference page.

3.3 Who sends the emails

Amazon Web Services (Amazon Simple Email Service) sends our newsletters on our behalf. Subscriber data is never sent to AI services.

3.4 What we do not track

Our emails contain no open-tracking pixels and no per-reader click tracking. Links carry campaign tags, which we see only as totals.

3.5 How long we keep it

If you do not confirm, we keep nothing: your address is stored only once you click the confirmation link. If you unsubscribe, we keep your address only on a do-not-email list, so that we never email you again. Records of each sending are kept for 90 days.

4. Third-Party Services

We work with selected third-party tools for hosting and content delivery, email delivery, website analytics, form submissions, payment processing, security and performance monitoring, and AI tools that help us draft articles from material you send us. These providers process data on our behalf under data processing agreements and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.

5. Embedded and External Content

Our articles may include embedded videos, social media posts, or links to external websites. These third-party platforms may collect data according to their own privacy policies. We do not control their tracking practices.

6. Data Protection and Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, or under the minimum age set by the law of your country if higher.

7. International Visitors

AIPressRoom is based in the United States, and your information is processed there. Where our service providers receive personal data from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the transfer is covered by the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
