No Barrier Raises $2.7M for AI Medical Translation
San Francisco-based No Barrier raises $2.7M in Seed funding to scale its AI-powered medical translation and language access platform for healthcare.

In November 2025, San Francisco-based No Barrier raised an oversubscribed $2.7 million Seed round. The round was co-led by A-Squared Ventures, Esplanade Ventures, Rock Health Capital, and Fusion.
Founded by CEO Eyal Heldenberg, CTO Tomer Baum, and COO Moe Abramovitch, No Barrier is building an AI-powered clinical interpretation platform to eliminate language barriers in healthcare.
The company’s HIPAA-compliant platform provides real-time, clinically validated interpretation in over 40 languages, integrating directly into EHRs and existing clinical workflows to replace traditional third-party interpreter services.
The new capital will be used to accelerate deployment of its platform across U.S. health systems, helping providers reduce costs and improve care for patients with limited English proficiency (LEP).
