Lette AI Raises $1.4M for AI Property Management

In November 2025, Dublin-based Lette AI raised $1.4 million in a Pre-seed funding round. The round was led by Pitchdrive, with participation from Baseline Venture, Lugus Capital, and others.

Founded in March 2025 by Mohan Sai and Jakub Rajek, Lette AI is building an agentic AI operating system to automate property leasing and management.

The company’s platform automates end-to-end leasing workflows, reportedly cutting administrative work by up to 90% and enabling instant tenant onboarding and support for property managers.

The new capital will be used to expand its engineering team, accelerate its autonomous AI capabilities, and fuel its expansion across Ireland, the United Kingdom, and the UAE.
