Immagnify Acquired by Warmly to Scale Intent and Signal Data for Business Intelligence

Warmly, a revenue orchestration platform combining intent and signal data with AI-powered outreach tools, acquired Israeli sales intelligence startup, Immagnify. According to Warmly’s announcement, the acquisition expands Warmly’s demand capture capabilities, strengthening its position in signal-based selling and offering new possibilities for GTM teams.

Warmly’s customer base, which comprises over 200 global revenue teams, relies on its intent data to empower their sales efforts. The addition of Immagnify’s data coverage enhances Warmly’s ability to find and convert warm leads faster and more efficiently, with tools such as website visitor de-anonymization, warm lead qualification, and AI-powered outreach across chatbots, email, and LinkedIn.

Warmly raised a $11 million Series A funding round last year, led by Felicis, with participation from NFX, Zoom Ventures, F-Prime Capital, and Maven Ventures. At the time, they stated their customer based was 100, with names like New Relic, Gainsight, and Sendoso. Their platform offers a free tier for individual sales professionals to attract users, with a paid tier of $850 per month or approximately $10,000 per year for sales teams.

Immagnify was founded in 2020 by Alon Arad and Uri Steinfeld, with minimal venture funding from Sarona Ventures and Techstars. The startup is lauded for its advanced data collection capabilities and contact information engine. Their in-house data collection capabilities and advanced contact information engine bring a desirable infrastructure and skilled data team to Warmly. The acquisition allows Warmly to serve more and better data to its customers, including a much-requested data quality score, further improving the effectiveness of GTM strategies.
