Anjuna Secures $25M to Propel Confidential AI Offerings


Anjuna, the developer of Anjuna Seaglass, the Universal Confidential Computing Platform, has closed a $25 million Series B2 round. The funding, led by M Ventures, SineWave Ventures, and AI Capital Partners, with participation from existing investors like Founder Collective and Insight Partners, aims to expand Anjuna’s AI-enabling enterprise solutions.

M Ventures’ Ilja Aizenberg and SineWave’s Patricia Muoio will join Anjuna’s board.

Anjuna Seaglass virtualizes Confidential Computing processors, simplifying their deployment across various infrastructures. Their platform enables Trusted Execution Environments to be set up in minutes, enhancing secure AI-driven collaboration across industries such as healthcare and semiconductors.

Anjuna has seen substantial revenue and customer growth, with bookings doubling year over year. The new funding will further expand their enterprise offerings, including the launch of Anjuna Seaglass™ AI Clean Rooms, now in private preview. It aims to facilitate secure data-sharing environments for AI and other critical applications.

Anjuna, a member of NVIDIA Inception, is working with NVIDIA to enhance GPU-accelerated confidential AI for enterprises. Using Anjuna Seaglass on NVIDIA H100 Tensor Core GPUs, organizations can deploy high-performing Large Language Models (LLMs) while maintaining security and privacy. The U.S. Navy successfully tested Llama3 LLM models on confidential NVIDIA H100 GPUs, creating secure environments rapidly and achieving high-speed processing.
