Alkein: The very reason why I built this is to prepare job seekers for job interviews. AI today is almost everywhere. My initial idea was to create a simple tool for HRs to help them shortlist candidates after they posted a job listing. As I built it, I realized there are tons of similar software ideas. So, I decided to tweak it a bit. Instead of focusing on HR, why not build it as a tool for the other party—the job seekers? It only took me a while to shift the focus of the project, and now, it’s live!

Alkein: The AI accepts a PDF format of the candidate’s resume and evaluates these points specifically: educational background, skill sets, relevant experience, and candidate achievements.

Alkein: For sure, we fine-tuned an AI model to generate questions that are realistic and relevant to the specific jobs the candidate picked. But we also conducted research on common interview questions. That’s why, for one specific job, we added five sets of interviews to offer different types of questions. In the future, we’ll definitely add more.

Just like in a real interview, you don’t really know what’s coming, so I’m planning to simulate that to prepare job seekers for the real thing.
