Israeli Mixed Reality company, XRHealth, announced the closing of a $6 million funding round led by Asabys Partners. Participating investors in the round included NOVA Prime Fund (LG Electronics and Clearbrook’s VC fund), along with existing investors in the company.
The new capital is earmarked primarily for the growth of XRHealth’s spatial computing platform, recognized as the most extensive virtual and augmented reality (VR and AR) solution catering to both physical and mental health needs. Also, the funding will support the development of an AI powered clinician.
The recent merger of XRHealth and Amelia Virtual Care has given rise to the largest extended reality platform in the healthcare sector.
XRHealth operates unique virtual clinics, employing immersive VR and AR technology coupled with advanced data analytics. Their setup allows patients to receive comprehensive treatment for a variety of health issues, including acute and chronic pain, post-stroke rehabilitation, fibromyalgia, anxiety, stress, dementia, and more. All of which, from the comfort of their homes.
