xtype, a startup specializing in multi-instance management for the ServiceNow platform, today announced it has raised $21 million in Series A funding. The round was led by Norwest Venture Partners, with significant participation from ServiceNow Ventures. Returning investors Columbia Capital, Inner Loop Capital, and SaaS Ventures also contributed.
The startup’s platform addresses the increasing complexity faced by enterprises as they scale their ServiceNow deployments. The software provides real-time visibility and automated governance across multiple ServiceNow instances, streamlining development, testing, and production environments. This improves efficiency, reduces errors, and ensures compliance.
“Multi-instance management is crucial for maximizing the value of the ServiceNow platform,” said Ron Gidron, CEO and co-founder. “Our platform empowers teams to accelerate innovation and increase productivity by providing real-time insights and automating complex processes.”
Dave Zilberman, General Partner at Norwest Venture Partners, highlighted xtype’s rapid ROI for clients, stating, “xtype delivers immediate value through enhanced governance, increased team capacity, and improved quality. It’s no surprise they’ve attracted numerous Fortune 500 companies.”
This latest funding will enable xtype to further develop its platform and expand its global reach, helping more organizations optimize their ServiceNow investments. xtype has raised $31.8 million in total funding to date.
