Scavenger AI Raises €2.5M for SME Data Automation

In November 2025, Berlin-based Scavenger AI raised €2.5 million in Seed funding. The round was led by High-Tech Gründerfonds (HTGF) and Speedinvest, with participation from the smart-infrastructure hub LEAG.

Founded by brothers Maximilian Bense and Felix Bense, along with Moritz K., Scavenger AI is building a platform to help Europe’s “Mittelstand” (small-to-medium-sized enterprises) unlock their industrial data.

The company’s AI platform automates the entire data infrastructure setup, enabling SMEs to integrate and analyze complex machine and production data without requiring a dedicated data science team.

The new capital will be used to expand its engineering team, scale its platform across Germany’s industrial sector, and further develop its AI-driven data automation capabilities for non-technical users.
