The round was led by Denmark’s Export and Investment Fund (EIFO) and Swiss Health Ventures, with participation from Alliance Venture Capital and Crowberry Capital.
The big picture: Chronic neurological conditions—including migraines, post-concussion syndrome, and whiplash—often leave patients trapped in fragmented “doctor-shopping” cycles that last years. Hemi Health aims to convert these disorganized journeys into structured, outcome-oriented programs by combining physical clinics with an AI-supported digital monitoring platform.

It risks becoming a “jack-of-all-trades” that lacks the localized density of traditional clinics and the pure scalability of digital neurorehabilitation competitors. To win over Dutch insurers, Hemi must prove that its “structure” leads to a genuine reduction in long-term disability claims, rather than just adding another layer of digital overhead to the patient’s care journey.
