GreenFi Raises $2M for AI ESG Risk Management

In November 2025, Singapore-based GreenFi raised $2 million in a Seed funding round. The round was led by Transition VC, with participation from Next Bharat Ventures (backed by Suzuki) and Marathon Edge.

Founded by CEO Barun Chandran, GreenFi is building an AI-powered ESG risk management platform designed for banks, supply chain companies, and financial institutions.

The company’s platform automates due diligence and emission calculations (Scope 3), helping businesses assess the creditworthiness and sustainability risks of their supply chains and SME portfolios in real-time.

The new capital will be used to scale its operations globally, enhance its AI decision-making engine, and expand its footprint across South and Southeast Asia.
