In November 2025, Austin-based Digitail, a startup with Romanian roots, raised $23 million in a Series B funding round. The round was led by Atomico, with participation from existing investors.
Founded by CEO Sebastian Gabor and CPO Ruxandra Gabor, Digitail is building an AI-powered, all-in-one platform for veterinary clinics, aiming to modernize practice management.
The company’s software (PIMS) uses AI to automate administrative tasks, streamline patient record-keeping, and manage online booking and client communication, freeing up veterinarians to focus on patient care and reducing burnout.
The new capital will be used to accelerate its North American expansion, enhance its AI-driven diagnostic and administrative tools, and further scale its platform to support veterinary hospitals worldwide.
