Anyformat Raises €3.3M for AI Document Intelligence

In November 2025, Madrid-based Anyformat raised €3.3 million in a Seed funding round. The round was led by Kibo Ventures, with participation from 4Founders Capital, Abac Nest Ventures, and Decelera Ventures.

Founded by CEO Juan Huguet and CTO Diego Pérez, Anyformat is building a generative AI platform to extract and structure complex data from any document type.

The company’s platform goes beyond simple digitization by combining extracted information with a company’s proprietary data in real-time. This allows enterprises to automate the analysis of unstructured documents (like contracts and invoices) while cross-referencing them with internal databases.

The new capital will be used to expand its engineering team, accelerate product development, and build a dedicated sales team to scale its operations across Spain and the European Union.
