Chargeflow Raises $35M for Chargeback Automation

In November 2025, a global platform for e-commerce, Chargeflow, raised $35 million in a Series A funding round, which includes a $10 million debt facility. The round was led by Viola Growth, with participation from OpenView Venture Partners and Journey Ventures.

Founded by CEO Ariel Chen and CMO Avia Chen, Chargeflow is building “ChargebackOS,” an AI-powered post-purchase operating system designed to solve the complex challenge of friendly fraud for e-commerce merchants.

The company’s platform provides an end-to-end solution that includes proactive prevention (Chargeflow Prevent) and automated dispute resolution (Chargeflow Automation), powered by agentic AI workflows.

The new capital will be used to fuel global expansion, deepen partnerships with enterprise merchants, and accelerate the development of Chargeflow Prevent to tackle first-party fraud before it becomes a chargeback.
