Israeli-American AI healthcare startup, In-House Health, secured a $4 million Seed funding round led by New Enterprise Associates (NEA) and TMV, with Vine Ventures and Longevity Venture Partners also participating.
Founded in 2023 by healthcare professionals Ari Brenner, Sergey Vasilenko, and technical leader Shachar Har Zvi, In-House Health aims to revolutionize nursing team management through AI-driven scheduling and management solutions.
Traditional scheduling methods often leave nurse team leaders spending over 15 hours weekly on shift schedules, leading to burnout and inefficiencies. In-House Health’s platform streamlines staffing workflows by leveraging AI algorithms trained on millions of patient records. These algorithms predict staffing requirements weeks in advance, significantly reducing scheduling time and labor costs by over 10%.
The startup counts over 800 nurses having adopted its platform for delivering scheduling and clinical insights. They previously raised a Pre-Seed round in earl 2023 from Vine Ventures and Longevity Venture Partners for $1.4 million.
