Ubitium, a semiconductor startup with bases in Germany and the U.S., has raised $3.7 million in seed funding to revolutionize the AI and embedded systems industry. The funding round, co-led by Runa Capital, Inflection, and KBC Focus Fund, will support the development of the world’s first universal RISC-V processor. Prototypes and customer-ready development kits are expected to debut in 2026.
