Talentware Secures €3.3M to Expand Skill Intelligence

The big picture: Talentware, a startup specializing in skill intelligence solutions, has closed a €3.3 million seed funding round. This brings the company’s total funding to around €5 million, following a previous pre-seed round of over €1 million in January 2024. The company was founded in July 2023 by Giacomo Marchiori, Ismet Balihodzic, and Andrea Raimondo, three former consultants at Bain & Company.
