SuperBryn Raises $1.2M for Voice Observability

In December 2025, Bengaluru-based deeptech startup SuperBryn raised $1.2 million in a Pre-Seed funding round. The investment was led by Kalaari Capital via its CXXO initiative, with participation from founders of EaseMyTrip, Docket AI, and Sanas AI.

While generative AI has made it easy to launch voice bots, 70% of enterprise pilots fail in production due to “silent failures”—agents misunderstanding accents, crashing in noisy environments, or hallucinating without the brand knowing. SuperBryn addresses this by building an independent “observability layer” that acts as a watchdog. It continuously stress-tests voice agents against the messy reality of human speech, identifies failure patterns in real-time, and provides engineering teams with the diagnostics needed to improve resolution rates from 40% to over 80%.

The new capital will be used to accelerate product development and expand its engineering team to serve enterprise customers in the US and India.
