In December 2025, Enterprise AI startup CoreOps AI raised $3.5 million in a Pre-Series A funding round. The round was led by Siana Capital, with participation from Kettleborough VC and Aroa Venture Partners.
Founded by CEO Rajiv Srivastava, CTO Ankur Sharma, and co-founders Rajesh Janey and Rajnish Gupta, CoreOps AI provides an AI-native platform designed to modernize legacy enterprise systems.
The company addresses the challenge of digital transformation in large organizations burdened by outdated infrastructure. Instead of costly “rip and replace” projects, CoreOps AI uses its “AgentCORE” and “DataCORE” platforms to layer autonomous intelligence over existing ERP and CRM systems. This approach allows enterprises to unify fragmented data, automate complex workflows, and deploy AI agents without disrupting their core operations, significantly reducing modernization timelines.
The new capital will be used to expand its engineering capabilities, accelerate product development, and scale its go-to-market operations in the US and India.
