In November 2025, London-based Condukt announced its emergence from stealth with $10 million in Seed funding. The round was co-led by Lightspeed Venture Partners and MMC Ventures, with participation from Cocoa Ventures.
Founded by CEO Paulo Guichard and co-founder Bhasker Rao (both former Revolut and Meta executives), Condukt is building an agentic AI platform to transform compliance processes for financial services.
The company’s platform uses a proprietary real-time data layer and AI agents to automate know-your-business (KYB) checks and enable perpetual oversight, moving compliance from a static bottleneck to a driver of growth.
The new capital will be used to deepen partnerships with top financial institutions, accelerate its go-to-market strategy, and continue hiring engineering talent across its London and Porto offices.
