The round was led by Durable Capital Partners, Altimeter Capital, and General Catalyst, with participation from EQT Ventures, RPT Capital, Senovo, and Mosaic Ventures.
Founded in 2018 by Malte Kosub and Stefan Ostwald, Parloa offers an AI Agent Management Platform (AMP) designed to help enterprises deploy AI agents capable of engaging in natural, personalized conversations with customers. These agents undergo rigorous testing and continuous learning to ensure high-quality interactions.
The new funding will support Parloa’s expansion across North America and Europe, as well as further development of its AMP capabilities. The company aims to transform customer service by enabling businesses to build 1:1 relationships between AI agents and customers, enhancing loyalty and creating new revenue streams.
