The concept of “Human-Machine Capital” or “Human-Machine Assets” was proposed by Pure Lam, CEO of Cyberwisdom Group at the Cyberwisdom AI Conference in 2022. The purpose is to explore, with a “people-centric” approach, how to apply the concepts of human-machine intelligence, human-machine integration, human-machine collaboration, human-machine division of labor, human-machine teams, human-machine wisdom, digitalization, intelligent data, and artificial intelligence to the next generation of HCM (Human Capital Management), thereby becoming HMC – Human Machine Capital.
