MagniLearn Appoints Itay Gissin as New CEO and Partners with Top Publisher to Pioneer “Personalized First” Revolution to Education

MagniLearn, a deep technology company with proprietary technology for transforming publishers’ educational content to AI-driven personalized learning, today secured a strategic partnership with one of the world’s top 5 English language learning publishers.

It’s a first-of-its-kind collaboration that utilizes MagniLearn’s flexible architecture and smart tagging algorithms to convert static content into highly granular knowledge units. This transformation enables AI-based personalized learning experiences using the publisher’s own content in a controlled environment, and conforms to worldwide standards regulating Generative AI tools and open artificial intelligence models for education institutes and learning.

Through this partnership, the companies will launch a new “Personalized-First” product that will transform the publishing landscape by replacing English school textbooks with a hybrid model, integrating guided lessons led by teachers and AI-powered self-learning experiences. An individual Personal Knowledge Map (PKM™) is automatically built for every student and updated in real-time, ensuring a fully personalized learning journey.

In parallel, Magnilearn also announced the appointment of Itay Gissin as the new CEO to accelerate growth and lead the company into its next phase.

Itay Gissin brings with him more than 20 years of experience in building, growing and selling online and tech ventures, such as investing.com media, Apester & UCnGO. In addition, Itay served as a senior executive in global companies such as Orange and Nice systems, and holds an MBA from Insead, Fontainebleau, France. Dr. Lana Tockus, the co-founder of MagniLearn and CEO for the past four years, will remain actively involved as Chief of Product & Innovation.

“Today’s students require tomorrow’s technology,” explained Gissin. “By incorporating MagniLearn’s AI engine, we’re empowering publishers to customize their educational materials in unprecendented ways. This integration not only enables data analysis for content optimization but also provides hyper-personalized lessons to improve student performance.”

The AI education market is projected to expand by 40% and approach $20 billion by 2027. MagniLearn is at the forefront of this growth, partnering with leading publishers dedicated to advancing smarter, more responsive AI-driven educational technology. Magnilearn’s solutions are pioneering new industry standards that promise to redefine how knowledge is imparted and absorbed, ensuring all learning experiences are bespoke and optimized.

“Publishers can now leverage our AI engine to lead in the education technology space and build novel SaaS-based revenue streams,” added Gissin.
